does anyone know how i can get calm my lower back pain down?

its because of my pregnancy but i dont know
what i can do for the pain not to be so bad.. i’ve tried relaxing
walking, my husband gives me back massages im out of ideas!!

    Pregnancy is never a good thing for ones body. You are experiencing the lower back pain for a variety of reasons. First is because of the added strain and overload to you lower abdominal muscles. When you stand, sit, walk try to be aware at all times of pulling IN these muscles. I know it’s difficult but if you can it will relieve the strain on the lower back as well. Also you may be experiencing the pain cause the babe is lying low in your pelvic girdle and putting pressure on your lower back. Try kneeling on your bed, then lying your head down so your butt is in the air, if not comfortable get up immediately. If ok keep the position for 10 minutes, and try to do 4 times a day.
    Icing the lower back can also help. 20 minutes at a time, 4 times a day.
    Place a pillow between your legs if you sleep on your side, and under your knees if on your back.

    *Try a heating pad. It will help a lot. When you sit, sit with you feet proped up or stretch out on the couch. You need to take the pressure off the back.
