I have had lower to mid back pain for awhile now, should I be worried?

    DDD Degenerative Disc Disease, not a disease but part of the aging process and starts at 25-30 years of age. The discs in your spine, the ones that give you a nice soft cushion for things like football, skiing, snow boarding, skate boarding start to dehydrate and this can cause back pain. I have a prolapsed disc, so my advise will be to see a Doc and just get it checked out. Always better to be safe than sorry. Best of Luck

    Yes, You could be experiencing disk problems. Go see a MD and get an MRI.
